DENVER – The Senate Republicans extend a heartfelt welcome to Senator-Elect Lynda Zamora Wilson to the Colorado State Senate. Senator-Elect Zamora Wilson was selected by a vacancy committee to represent Senate District 9 yesterday evening following the recent resignation of former Senate Minority Leader Paul Lundeen.

Senator-Elect Zamora Wilson’s professional experience includes 25 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where she worked as an analyst at the Pentagon and as an assistant professor of economics at the United States Air Force Academy.
