Grantham Issues Statement Marking Pearl Harbor Anniversary

Denver - Today, Senate President-elect Kevin Grantham (R-Canon City) released the following statement in honor of Pearl Harbor Day:

"As we reflect on the 75th anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor, let us remember not only the tragedy of the loss of life but also the service and resilience of the brave men and women who sacrificed so much in defense of freedom and our American way of life," said Grantham. "We wish all Coloradans a safe day of remembrance and reflection of these heroic acts on a day that will continue to live on in infamy."

A much better comment than the Editorial Board of the Denver Post who decided to publish an editorial on the issue of the safe and humanitarian internment of ethnic Japanese during the war.
