Grand Junction Forum to Highlight Impacts of EPA Overreach

Coloradans naturally are concerned about what the coming storm of federal energy and environmental regulations will mean to them as breadwinners, workers, business owners and energy consumers. What impact will EPA regulations on carbon, ozone and water have on their families and communities?

Join Senator Ray Scott and other speakers next Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at the Mesa County Workforce Center, located just off I-70 at 512 29 ½ Road, for the second in a series of "EPA's Coming Storm" forums being held across the state. The events bring stakeholders, policymakers, experts and citizens together to share their concerns, answer questions and discuss what impacts this "perfect storm" of EPA interventions will have on their lives.

Other speakers at Tuesday's forum include: Tony Gagliardi, Colorado State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business, Ray Gifford, attorney and former Chairman, Colorado Public Utilities Commission and Michael Sandoval, energy policy analyst at the Independence Institute.
