2019 Committee Assignments Announced

DENVER - Colorado Senate Republican Minority Leader Chris Holbert announced committee assignments for the first session of the 72nd General Assembly, which is set to begin on Friday, January 4th, 2019.

"I have full confidence in these Republican Senators to represent their constituents well on the issues that matter most to them," said Minority Leader Chris Holbert (R-Douglas County). "I look forward to working with our team to ensure that Colorado government provides the services that our taxpaying customers expect without raising taxes."

What does the Senate GOP think about the CO House removing the words Agriculture and Natural Resources from their committee title, and creating the new “Rural Affairs”… A joint resolution will have to be taken up for that to take place… Agriculture is in my mintld the #2 industry in the state’s economy…Hope the Senate GOP takes a stand on this issue…pleaae
